Shipping and Delivery

Once confirmed, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. 

Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, though this may vary based on your location, product availability, and the courier’s schedule.

Yes, a shipping fee of ₹75 is applicable on orders below ₹999. 

Order Cancellations

In some rare cases, an order may need to be canceled due to pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or technical issues. If this happens, we will notify you immediately. 

You will receive prompt notification if your order is canceled, either partially or fully. We may also request additional details to assist in processing your request.

Order Exchange

We do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed. Exchanges are only available in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect. 

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it and immediately contact us. For defective or incorrect items, please file an exchange request for a resolution.
