Payment Methods

When shopping on our platform, customers can select from multiple payment methods: 

  • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Online Banking, E-Wallets, and Reward Points. 
  • For quicker processing, we suggest opting for digital payment methods. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable. 

All online payments are handled securely by trusted payment partners, adhering to relevant industry standards and regulations. We disclaim any responsibility for security lapses or unauthorized transactions. 

Shipping and Delivery

Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, though this may vary depending on factors such as delivery address, product availability, and the courier’s schedule. A shipping fee of ₹75 is applied to orders under ₹999. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please file a single return request, and we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund. Please refrain from accepting any parcels that appear to have been damaged or tampered with during transit.

Exchange Process

Please refrain from accepting any parcels that appear to have been damaged or tampered with during transit. We do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed. 

In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item, to initiate the process. 

Refund Process for Cancellations

If an order is canceled, refunds will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days of the cancellation. For orders paid in advance, the amount will be returned to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Online Banking).
